To protect clarity, pacing, and nervous system integrity — both yours and mine — the following policies apply:

Scheduling

​

• Sessions are booked in advance through a private scheduling link

• Availability is limited and intentionally spacious

• All sessions are held during the scheduled time only

 

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Payment

​

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking

• Sessions are confirmed only once payment is received

• Prices are transparent and not negotiable

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not refunded

• Missed sessions are considered used and cannot be rescheduled

 

This policy exists to preserve stability and fairness, not as a penalty.

Refunds​

​

• All sessions are non-refundable once booked

• Orientation series payments are non-refundable once the first session has occurred

 

You are always welcome to pause or complete a series early if the work feels complete.

 

Completion

​

Each session — and each series — is complete in itself.
There is no expectation of continuation unless it feels appropriate for both parties.
